Peptides

Peptides are small proteins (less than 50 amino acids long) that typically act as highly specific signaling molecules in many crucial functions in our bodies, including hormonal production, cell signaling, and cell-to-cell communication.  They send out cellular pulses that allow for better function.  They change the receptibility of the cells.

Understanding Peptides

Peptides have more precise tissue-selecting effects and have more rapid response with less side-effects when compared to hormones.

They have high potency and specificity, but low toxicity.

They have a broad range of targets and can also improve the structure of the cells by improving the availability of cellular material.

For wellness, CJC 1295/Ipamorelin is often used.  CJC1295 stimulate the pituitary to secrete growth hormone and Ipamorelin increase the effectiveness and duration of this action.  PT141 is used for erectile dysfunction.

Thymosin a1 and b4 are natural products of the thymus gland.  Ta1 is a “immunity powerhouse” whereas Tb4 is effective to help the body heal.

RG3 which is found in Panax ginseng anti=diabetic, neurological and anti-inflammatory activities.

Dihexa has nootropic effects to improve brain function

These are just a few examples of the uses of peptides, which are used in many different programs for health and well-being.

Depending on what your health issues are, Dr. Liu will decide on whether peptides should be used as part of your program.
